Will Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Cream Help Lichens Sclerosis?

LDN can treat lichen sclerosis.  Could you please explain how to make a cream using LDN for external use and how often it should be applied? Lichens sclerosis can be treated with LDN.  We generally recommend topically.  Normally you can still do the same dose of 4.5 milligrams, and I have patients apply it once daily for lichens sclerosis. Depending on the severity, this is something that's not a short-term treatment. It's definitely a long-term treatment. You really have to wait, you know, three-six months for this type of treatment. It's hard to treat.
