Will Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Help with Dizziness?

Would LDN help with dizziness? My fibromyalgia is less painful, I have energy back and I don't have brain fog any longer. I'm on 3.5 milligrams.

It depends on what the dizziness or the vertigo is associated with. Sometimes it is one of the nerves that innervate the kind of snail shell area inside the ear. There might be some inflammation with that and LDN can help with that. It takes some time to get there because that blood supply is pretty minimal.
Sometimes dizziness is a physical impairment that may or may not be helped with LDN. In this situation I would evaluate where your dizziness issues are on your list of symptoms and if you have your energy back and you have less pain and you don't have any brain fog, you can try to increase your dose. But that's not saying that those issues are going to get worse if you increase your dose. You could possibly even split your dose. I would try to increase your dose first before I would split the dose, because you're doing well on 3.5. You could go up to four milligrams and see what happens. Maybe that dizziness will get better. It probably isn't going to resolve a hundred percent but it might actually come down from a 10 down to a 7, which increases your quality of life by 30 percent.
