Will Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) save me from taking immunosuppressants?
Not necessarily, but it may reduce your reliance on some immunosuppressants for symptom prevention.
However, it's a case-by-case basis. They're not mutually exclusive. You don't have to stop immunosuppressants to take LDN or not all, you can initiate LDN as long as you're on 20 milligrams or less of daily prednisone equivalent dose. Generally, they're not mutually exclusive.
You can take both at once. You just shouldn't start them both at once or when you're in the middle of a crisis.
